We begin with your complete story, including your physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle health history. Understanding the whole picture helps us begin asking a more important question: why are you experiencing these symptoms?

2. Your First Follow Up | 45 minutes | $250

Approximately four weeks later, we review what we have learned and begin building your personalized plan. Depending on your needs, this may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, supplements, advanced testing, peptides, hormone optimization, IV therapies, ozone therapy, or other individualized treatment options.

3. Ongoing Follow Ups | 30 minutes | $175

Follow up visits are generally scheduled every three to four months, with additional testing or support recommended when appropriate. Your plan can evolve as we learn more about your body and how you respond.
